Staff working at Geneva Airport in the baggage and security areas have come together to protest what they see as unfair working conditions.
Unhappy Staff
Four members of the Custodio staff delivered a number of grievances surrounding break times, holidays, sickness, privacy concerns and more.
It is a state issue and workers have contacted Geneva’s office of labour inspection and relations which has thus far proved fruitless.

The fear of exhaustion in such a position can cause serious stress to workers.

Staff have said the relations with their employer have been difficult with a lack of contact.

A new bill to be introduced in parliament will aim to stop the outsourcing of security work at Geneva Airport.
