According to their twitter account, passengers at Geneva Airport should be aware of a possible extinction rebellion protest at Geneva Airport on November 16th. The group tweeted on the subject a week or so back.
Jean-Philippe Brandt has stated that they are of course aware of possible disruptions of this nature and are closely monitoring the situation. He is however as secretive as the protesters themselves are and has not divulged any further information as to how prepared security staff are or as to how many personnel will be available.
Protests of a similar nature have already taken place in Lausanne and Zurich. Even though there is little concrete information at the moment, it is perhaps not a bad idea for passengers to allow themselves a little more time than usual at the airport on Saturday.
